Principal

Kon Rotarou

Kon Rotarou is our Principal with over 10 years of experience practicing law in Australia and Europe.

Kon also worked for over 5 years in court administration of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and County Court of Victoria, including as a Deputy Registrar of the County Court and a Deputy Prothonotary of the Supreme Court of Victoria. He has successfully transferred this knowledge of the courts’ internal processes and procedures into obtaining successful results for clients. Kon regularly appears in contested hearings in the Magistrates’ Court, Federal Circuit Court, County Court, Supreme Court as well as Fair Work Commission and VCAT representing clients in a variety of commercial litigation, employment law, family law and intervention order matters.

Kon strongly believes in the importance of using his skills and experience for the benefit of the community having been the coordinator of the Fitzroy Legal Service’s Family Law Night Service for a number of years.

Kon fluently speaks Russian and Romanian.
